HOW IT WORKS
Extract the ZIP and open Wedding_Seating_Studio.html in a current desktop Chrome, Edge or Safari browser. Set your table names and seat counts, type guests or import a CSV, and assign each guest to a table. Review capacity and unassigned-guest warnings, then download a project backup. Export the sign as SVG or use the browser print dialog to save a PDF. No Canva account or subscription is required.

BUILT FOR A REAL GUEST LIST
Supports up to 240 guests across 1-24 tables, with 1-12 seats per table. Repeated names are flagged for review. CSV import replaces the guest list after confirmation. Renaming a table unassigns its guests so you can place them again. This is a list-based seating planner; it does not arrange a venue floor plan or seat guests automatically.

BEFORE YOU BUY
The editor needs JavaScript and a desktop browser. Save a project JSON after each session; there is no autosave or cloud sync. Ready-made PDFs are static print-and-write files, not fillable PDFs. The editor is not a Canva template. Check every name, page size and print setting before ordering. Large plans use smaller type. Print at 100%; browser dialogs, fonts and print colors vary. Automated logic and rendered-layout checks completed; browser interaction and physical print-service use have not been verified.
