HOW IT WORKS
Choose your own meals and recipes. Check the pantry. Add and combine grocery ingredients by hand. The grocery list is NOT automatically generated. No recipe database, portion calculator, nutrition plan, app, Excel file or Canva template is included. The pantry and reset pages are print-only. Print files and examples are static PDFs; only the files named Fillable have editable fields.

REQUIREMENTS
Extract the ZIP on a desktop or laptop. To print, use a PDF viewer and US Letter or A4 paper. To type, use a desktop PDF reader that supports AcroForm text fields and saving. Browser and mobile editing have not been verified. No account is needed for the print files. Save a test entry and reopen it to confirm your reader keeps changes. Keep entries short and review before printing.
